Cribbage Board

A cribbage board made from brass and steel with intricate inlayed brass details. A felt-lined drawer on one end holds a deck of cards while the two drawers on the opposite end hold pegs for scoring. Each drawer has magnetic retention to keep them snuggly within the box when not in use. This design is modeled off of the traditional board, containing four runs of 30 holes, with each run divided into 5 point sections.

“An Old English game from the early 1600s, Cribbage later found popularity in the American navy for its ability to be played in the tight quarters of a submarine. It has also been a mainstay at my personal family gatherings and I find a quaint historical parallel in our shared love of the game coming from American children of British parents. This is an homage to them.” - Jack McDevitt
